Do you have a retail store?

Unfortunately we only have an online store.

What currency are your prices in?

We are based in Windhoek, Namibia and all prices are in Namibian Dollar (NAD)

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please be assured that our products go through an array of quality checks before it arrives at you doorstep. If your product has a manufacturing glitch, please contact us right away at info@babyandbun.com and we will gladly exchange your product (same size and colour if still available).

How do I exchange my purchase for a different size?

FIT & SIZING

How do I know which size to order?

Please have a look at our sizing guide. We recommend to stick to your pre-pregnancy size as our collection is designed to grow with your belly. 

If you need some extra assistance to determine your size, please drop us an email at info@babyandbun.com and we well gladly assist as soon as possible.

Can I try on your collection before purchase?

We exclusively run an online store, so unfortunately no fittings.

Please visit Belle's Baby Boutique if you wish to try on any items.

SALE / PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Can I exchange a sale item?

All items that has been sold on sale has been reduced in price and cannot be exchanged.

Can I exchange a sale item that I received as a gift?

Items received or purchased on sale apply to the Sale policy and cannot be exchanged.
